Bill Meyer, is NaPali Films business and legal Advisor. He heads the intellectual property group for Dwyer Schraff Meyer Jossem & Bushnell and has seen his practice increase substantially over the years to become one of the most infuential in Hawaii. As a service to his music, software and technology clients and for the benefit of those industries as a whole, Meyer was recently involved in drafting and lobbying for passage of legislation designed to provide tax benefits to those industries through Hawaii Act 221.
